WHAT'S INCLUDED
The Dealer Package
Know What Comes With Your New Home
Every new Champion Home purchased from Affordable Homes Super Center includes our Dealer Package.
It covers many of the major pieces needed to prepare, install, and finish your home. Our team will walk through the package with you, answer your questions, and explain anything specific to your property before installation begins.
Site Inspection
Before delivery, we’ll visit your homesite to review placement, access, and any conditions that may affect installation.
This helps us prepare properly and gives you a chance to ask questions about what will happen on your property.
Foundation Package
The standard foundation package is included with your home.
Homes installed in Arkansas receive professionally installed foundation pillars. Homes installed in Missouri receive runners based on location requirements.
Kitchen Appliance Package
Your home includes the kitchen appliances provided with the model and options you choose.
Heating and Air System
A complete heating and cooling system is included and professionally installed.
Interior Trim-Out
Once your home is set, our team completes the necessary interior finishing where the sections come together.
Exterior Skirting
Professionally installed skirting is included to give your home a finished appearance and protect the space underneath it.
Two Sets of Steps
Standard steps are included for the front and rear entrances of your new home.
Site conditions vary. If yours needs extra dirt work or additional concrete, we'll tell you upfront, before it's a surprise on a bill.
Financing Options for Your New Home
We work with lenders that offer financing for manufactured homes, including 21st Mortgage, Cascade Financial, and Triad Financial.
Loan programs, down payments, rates, and approval requirements vary by lender and by buyer. You can contact the lenders directly to learn more about their current options, or talk with our team and we’ll help point you in the right direction.
We’ll Review Your Property With You
Every property is different, which is why the homesite inspection matters.
Some locations may need additional preparation, such as grading, dirt work, extra concrete, driveway improvements, utility connections, septic or well work, permits, or changes needed for delivery access.
You don’t need to know which of these apply before you contact us. We’ll look at the property, explain what’s needed, and discuss those costs with you before the work moves forward.
