Description

The River Stone is a park model home from 4B Cabin Company, designed for buyers who want a smaller, simpler home without giving up comfort.

The primary bedroom and a full bathroom with a tub and shower combo are on the main floor. Upstairs, a loft fits a queen mattress, giving you room for guests or extra sleeping space.

The home has two porches: one at the front entry and a second off the primary bedroom at the back of the home, so you have a quiet spot to start or end the day.

With 398 square feet on the main floor, with even more room in the loft. The River Stone works well as a guest house, a getaway, or a place to downsize. The home coming to our lot is finished in Iron Ore with a copper metal roof, with green cabinets and a copper sink inside.

It comes with a tankless water heater, stainless refrigerator, stove, and microwave, plus a closet ready for a stackable washer and dryer (washer and dryer not included).

Like our manufactured homes, the River Stone needs water, electric, and septic hookups before delivery, but setup is simpler. Interested in a different layout? We can also pre-order other 4B Cabin Company models.
